CBES held an inauguration ceremony to start our program off.  The Minister of Gobernacion was in attendance and there was a good show of media.  I counted 8 film crew and about 10 other reporters.
The Minister spoke, Director Hurtado spoke, and I did too…….in Spanish, and it was captured on TV.  Friends here said they could understand what I was saying, which is a relief and because I was reading the text.  All good.
After the ceremony, it was time to get to work running the bomberos salvadorenos through the various physical modules in the program.  Word from our team is that all of the salvadorans performed well with these exercises throughout the week.
