Panama – Panamanian recruits have now completed their written and practical exams

The Panamanian recruits have now completed their JIBC: Justice Institute of British Columbia written and practical exams. Thanks to Captain Bill Eggers, FF Matt Leonard , FF Matt Witt and FF Jenn Dawkins and the Panama Fire Department Training Officers that did such great work teaching.

We all arrived in San Salvador with the exception of Kiko the day before and Mark the following day.

The whole deployment team has been together now for 3 days and went immediately to work! The Panamanian recruits are showing a lot of heart and are well prepared for their tests.

Our team has finished day 2 of evaluating the selected 28 of 187 new Panamanian fire recruits who will be receiving the Basic Firefighter certificate in partnership with the JIBC: Justice Institute of British Columbia

El Salvador – Team El Salvador is excited to travel to San Salvador in a few days

With just a few short days to go, and the bulk of the planning completed, Team El Salvador is excited to travel to San Salvador to work with Cuerpo de Bomberos de El Salvador once again!

For most of our team, El Salvador will be a new place on the map to visit. They will find, as others have in the past, that El Salvador is a beautiful and vibrant Country full of great hardworking people.

We look forward to the time we will spend with our Bombero friends and colleagues…stay tuned for more!

Con sólo unos cortos días para el final, y la mayor parte de la planificación completa, Equipo El Salvador se complace en viajar a San Salvador para trabajar con Cuerpo de Bomberos de El Salvador, una vez más!

Durante la mayor parte de nuestro equipo, El Salvador será un nuevo lugar en el mapa para visitar. Ellos encontrarán, como otros han hecho en el pasado, de que El Salvador es un país hermoso y vibrante lleno de grandes personas trabajadoras.
